This course is designed to give you an understanding of those concepts and techniques, regardless of your specific operating environment. It provides you with a toolkit to successfully manage and deliver engineering and technology projects. It adds the ‘how’ to formal methodologies, such as PRINCE2®.
This course complements the different methodologies and qualifications. It is an ideal way of familiarising yourself with the essential tools and techniques and will stand you in good stead whether you decide later to pursue a formal qualification or not. Concepts and techniques are clearly explained, and the approach is thoroughly practical throughout. No prior knowledge is required.
