This unit will introduce practical methods to comply with BS EN 16247-2 standard for starting the audit process including a start up meeting, information requests, collecting information, initial analysis of data and planning the site visit.

Paul is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Director with 30 years’ experience in in electrical and mechanical building engineering design, contracting, maintenance & operation, and, energy efficiency. Paul has provided over 500 energy audits for clients ranging from Primark, Aldi, the Prison Service and Tate Galleries along with many SME businesses. Many of the energy audits that Paul has produced have led to the implementation of energy management systems, behaviour change programmes and the retro-fitting of technical measures. Paul is also a registered ESOS Lead Assessor and Energy Institute RPEC consultant.|
