Digital Leadership in the Built Environment
The built environment is a key producer of value – economic, social and environmental. Yet this potential to create value is being severely restricted by its notoriously sluggish rate of digitalisation. A substantial digital skills gap exists in the built environment. Digital leadership is a key skill to develop – research shows it is a critical factor in whether organisations and projects in the built environment are able to realise the benefits and meet the challenges of digital transformation. This course provides learners with the knowledge and skills they need to become effective digital leaders and prepare for future challenges.
By the end of this course, you will be able:
- To define leadership and digital leadership.
